Customize the floating menu

The floating menu is the list that pops up over your selection when you press the shortcut. It has a Refine with… section, an Examine section, and the Store Context actions. You control how many cards each section shows, and which ones.

How many cards show

1. Open Menu → User and App Profile to open Settings.
2. In the Floating menu section, set:
   • Refiner cards shown — how many Refiner cards appear (1–10, default 5).
   • Examine cards shown — how many Examine cards appear (1–10, default 5).
3. Click Save.

Keep the numbers low for a short, fast menu, or raise them if you use many cards.

Which cards show

The floating menu shows the first N cards of each kind, in your list order. So to choose which cards appear, reorder them:

1. Open the popover and switch to the Refiner or Examine tab.
2. Drag a card by its handle to move it up or down.
3. The cards nearest the top are the ones that appear in the floating menu.

That’s the whole system — order your most-used cards to the top, and set the counts to taste.
